Location

Min Hostel Capsules is at Plaza de la Reverencia 2, in Ciudad Lineal, a residential neighbourhood in eastern Madrid just off Calle de Alcalá. Local bars, cafés and restaurants are about 200 metres away, and the Alcalá Norte shopping centre, next to Ciudad Lineal metro station, is about 300 metres away.

Getting there

Pueblo Nuevo metro station, on lines 5 and 7, is about 100 metres away and has step-free access. Line 5 reaches Gran Vía in nine stops with no changes; Sol is one more stop on line 1. Line 7 runs straight to the Metropolitano stadium.

From Barajas airport, about 5 km away as the crow flies, the simplest option starts at terminals T1, T2 and T3: bus 101 to Canillejas, then four stops on line 5 to Pueblo Nuevo, with no airport supplement. From T4, metro line 8, which carries a supplement, connects with line 4 at Mar de Cristal as far as Avenida de América, where you change to line 7. A taxi takes about 15 minutes.

What to see

Within easy reach are the M-30 Mosque, opened in 1992 and the largest in Spain, and Quinta de los Molinos park, with around 1,900 almond trees that blossom from mid-February to mid-March; it is open daily from 6:30 to 22:00. A little further, on Avenida de América, stand the Torres Blancas, an icon of the architecture of Sáenz de Oiza.

The Prado, the Thyssen and the Retiro are about 4–5 km away, easily reached by metro. For trade fairs at IFEMA, such as FITUR from 20 to 24 January 2027 or ARCOmadrid from 3 to 7 March 2027, the route is line 7, line 4 and line 8. Spring and autumn are the best seasons to visit: July is very hot.
